Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities: 

• Registration of patients and dispensing of medication
• Assist doctors in medical procedures
• Arrange for x-ray or specialist appointments
• Perform general administration

Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ level
• Those with GP clinic experience will be an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
• Service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work 2 rotating shifts

Clinic Supervisor

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our claims team in our corporate managed healthcare business.  
 
The Job
  • Provide accurate and efficient adjudication of claims, validation, pre-authorisation of applications and LOG issuance to meet operational and SLA targets
  • Conduct regular review of current claims processes and working with internal stakeholders on developing new and improved processes to improve efficiency and overall claims experience
  • Manage escalations and stakeholder relations
  • Being a champion for change as well as providing on-going training and development for effective claims management. 
  • Liaise with the Insurance Company to verify exceptions as well as to resolve any complaints
  • Conduct analysis, prepare periodic reports and presentation when required
Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of the claims process for medical claims, preferable in a Third-Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare environment

Contact Centre Agents – Entry/Experienced/Senior (Shift Work)


We are currently seeking experienced Contact Centre Agents to be based in Singapore. In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for incoming customers/patients queries and delivering superior customer experience through providing assistance/guidance in in a timely manner. Your responsibilities shall include and not limited to the following. 

 
The Job
  • First point of contact and support to customers. Handle Medinet and appointment hotlines.
  • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
  • Resolve customer’s enquiries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
  • Ensure referrals and specialist appointments are made promptly with specialist clinics and follow up with customers.
  • Verifies the referral and authorization requirements of the patients’ insurance plans and completes referrals and prior authorizations in a timely manner according to department guidelines and workflows
  • Update CRM logs promptly, accurately and efficiently
  • Record necessary details for member that calls to obtain LOG after normal office hours / Escalate these case to morning Agent to perform follow up
  • Issuance of Emergency LOG when required
  • Preparation of reports where required
  • Work as a team and ensure contact centre’s service indicators are met
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Contact Centre Team Leader and Head of Department
Requirements
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a call centre environment is required for this position.
  • Candidates with prior experience with healthcare insurance provider will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Executives / Senior Executives, Provider Relations

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our Provider Relations team for our managed healthcare service business.   The successful candidate contribute to the development and management of our providers network through proactive sourcing; recruitment and engagement of the panel of clinics including but not limited to medical, dental, diagnostics, physiotherapy clinics..
 
The Job
  • Conduct training to panel providers as required
  • Identifying and remediating operational short-falls and claims
  • Negotiate contracting and re-contracting process with healthcare service providers within corporate guidelines and ensure that all services provided are delivered according to SLAs
  • Maintain monthly statistical reports to facilitate benchmarking and performance management of network operations for management decision making
  • Manage and maintain system data relating to new codes, accounts, pricing etc
  • Gather and analyze claims paid data, utilization data and benefit design information to assist in the development of strategies for contracting and re-contracting
  • Perform provider and facility outreach to manage ongoing relationship to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide feedback to providers regarding their performance under the terms of their contract, identify and address quality of care and service issues
  • Facilitate provider issue resolution through collaboration with internal departments
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Provider Relations/Provider Contracting role within a TPA/medical insurance environment is preferred but not essential
  • Possess industry knowledge related to managed healthcare services will be an added advantage
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree qualified will be highly regarded, however, not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional eye for details
  • Passionate about driving change to improve business outcomes.
