Our multiple primary and preventive care touchpoints offer convenient access to our Family Doctors and multi-disciplinary care teams across the island. With 1 fully-equipped health screening facility and 16 general practitioner clinics in Singapore, we support health at every life stage – from maternal and child health to chronic disease and frailty management, as well as patient education, routine medical check-ups, and treatment of common acute conditions.
Beyond primary care services, we extend our scope of care with specialty health services that can be activated based on the needs of our clients and patients. Our in‑house specialist capabilities include 6 specialists from 3 medical specialties of medical aesthetics, orthopaedics and otolaryngology, to boost all‑rounded health and wellness.
To bring care closer to the community, we offer capabilities in home care services for patients to live well and age well at home and with their loved ones. This is to help better manage the healthcare needs of an ageing population and provide caregivers with more support and respite.
Through partnerships with various public healthcare institutions, we also support national initiatives to move care from hospitals to home, provide support to manage at‑home patient recovery after hospitalisation, compassionate discharge and other types of follow‑up care.
We invest in digital health solutions to create a connected health experience for healthcare providers and the community we serve.
At the backend, we have built multi‑integrated systems to address the needs of healthcare professionals and clients. This includes an all‑in‑one clinic management software, as well as digital portals to facilitate corporate medical benefits and coordination of care across our home health services. The centralised data integration interface between our systems allows us to effectively exchange and combine healthcare data from multiple sources and formats, for optimal delivery of care and support.
At the frontend, our mobile health app HeyAlly provides access to our network of healthcare providers and their suite of care services – anytime, anywhere. Key services accessible in‑app include on-demand medical advice and tele-consultations, home medical care, as well as an online store for health and wellness purchases.
Our pharmaceutical distribution arm plays a vital supporting role to ensure efficient and effective distribution of medicines and commodities. We supply advanced medicines to hospitals, pharmacists, clinics, government tenders and partners.
With our strong and extensive distribution network, and in response to the unmet needs and preferences of patients and healthcare professionals, we fill the market gap by bringing crucial and niche pharmaceutical products to Singapore and the region.
